Our founding attorney — James Fenlon — has been practicing only in the area of workers' compensation law for more than 35 years. He has the experience necessary to handle complicated work comp matters involving very serious injuries, like brain, neck and back injury.

Mr. Fenlon is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and Creighton University Law School and is dedicated to serving people in the greater Omaha area, including injured workers in Counsel Bluffs, Iowa.
